Specification & Sales Services | Relcross Door Controls

We offer a free technical specification and advisory service to assist you in the correct choice of equipment. We maintain substantial stock levels of most products. Our team of trained specifiers will discuss problems, offer guidance, make recommendations, and, most importantly, provide on-site assistance if difficulties arise.

Where deemed appropriate, Relcross Door Controls will arrange for a technical representative or engineer to attend the site to investigate a reported fault. Before site attendance, we will endeavour to resolve all issues via telephone, email, or alternative electronic methods. This may entail requesting photographs or videos of installations.

A purchase order (and pro forma payment) will sometimes be required before site visits. Alternatively, our services may be provided free of charge initially. However, where it is subsequently proven that the issue was not a direct result of faulty manufacture or defective materials and that the problem is due to other factors (such as incorrect installation, wiring, incorrect specification, abuse, or misuse), a minimum charge of £250.00 will be made.

Please note. All visits are restricted to UK Mainland sites and will be undertaken at the sole discretion of Relcross Ltd (trading as) Relcross Door Controls by prior arrangement and agreement.

With a supportive process in place to facilitate the installation of high-performance door hardware solutions, potential callbacks related to installations will be minimised. In addition to this support, we will guide the post-installation phase to aid overall property management. Furthermore, you can be assured that product spares are available should they be required.
