The concealed 2030 Series PACER® is a heavy-duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 45mm aluminium transom. The single lever arm and roller assembly provide smooth, quiet door control, and the choice of finishes and track functions meet virtually all architectural requirements.
The 2030 is LCN’s most durable low-profile concealed heavy-duty closer, designed for the most demanding, high-use, and abuse applications.
- Standard 2030 series closer shipped with single lever (standard) arm, mounting/finish plate, standard track, track roller and wood & machine screw pack
- Sized cylinders for interior doors to 1372mm and exterior (perimeter) doors to 1067mm
- Handed for clockwise (left hand) and anti-clockwise (right hand) closing doors
- Head frame requires minimum 45mm x 102mm ‘tube’
- Standard or optional custom powder coat finish
- Optional plated finish on the arm, fasteners and finish plate

- All Weather Fluid - Performs without variation: Manual Closers - between -35° to +49°C, Electronic HO Closers & Automatic Operators - between +2° to +49°C. At approx. +75°C, the fluid will begin to leak from the mechanism. The flash point is approx. 110°C
The heavy-duty 2030 Series Pacer® closers are designed for concealment in a narrow minimum 1-3/4” aluminium transom, meeting ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) reduced opening force requirements. A forged steel single-lever arm for the 2030 Series and roller assembly provides smooth, quiet door control, with separate general closing and latching speeds regulation. The 2030 series is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold-open and carries a 15-year limited warranty. Materials include a cast iron cylinder; a one-piece forged steel piston; high-efficiency, full-complement, low-friction bearings; a tamper-resistant regulating screw and all-weather fluid.
