The 2010 Series is a heavy-duty closer concealed and designed for institutional, high-traffic and other installations exposed to weather or abuse. The 2010 Series is concealed in the door frame, with the track concealed in the door. The 2010 Series meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards, and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) reduced opening force requirements. The single-lever arm and roller assembly for the 2010 Series provide smooth, quiet door control and a choice of finishes, while the track, cylinder and arm functions meet virtually all architectural requirements.

• Sized cylinders for interior doors to 1524mm and exterior (perimeter) doors to 1220mm
• Handed for clockwise (left hand) and anti-clockwise (right hand) closing doors
• For aluminium, hollow metal, or wood, doors and frames
• Head frame requires minimum 102mm x 102mm ‘tube’
• Standard or optional custom powder coated finish - Optional plated finish on arm, fasteners, and mounting/finish plate
• Optional SRI primer for installations in corrosive conditions

• All Weather Fluid - Performs without variation: Manual Closers - between -35° to +49°C, Electronic HO Closers & Automatic Operators - between +2° to +49°C. At approx. +75°C, the fluid will begin to leak from the mechanism. The flash point is approx. 110°C
  

The 2010 Series is ideal for interior and exterior aluminium, hollow metal and wood doors and frames. It features separate regulations for general closing speed and latching speed. The 2010 Series is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold open and carries a 15-year warranty. Materials include a forged steel main arm, high-strength cast iron cylinder, one-piece forged steel piston, all-weather fluid, tamper-resistant regulating screws and full-complement, low-friction bearings.
